3rd annual meeting of SAFFI (Safe Food For Infants). The annual meeting of the European Union, Horizon 2020 project, took place in Athens, Greece on 18-20 October 2023. All WP leaders participated. Training activities and Workshops were held in parallel.

2nd Annual meeting of SAFFI (Safe Food for Infants), a European Union. Horizon 2020 project, took place in Clermont-Ferrand, France, with the participation of all WP leaders and members of the project.

Infant Food safety is about handling, storing and preparing food to prevent infection and any kind of risk to infant's health and help to make sure that our food keeps enough nutrients for infants to have a healthy diet.

The core messages of the Five Keys to Safer Food are: (1) keep clean; (2) separate raw and cooked; (3) cook thoroughly; (4) keep food at safe temperatures; and (5) use safe water and raw materials.

Guidelines for food safety begin with appropriate food chain motoring, food purchasing and continue through storing, preparing, serving, and cleaning up afterwards.
